The first time I went to the place to sharpen my brand new Tramontina pliers, they swapped it for another one. I only realized when I got home and had already discarded the packaging that would supposedly prove the exchange. Even the owner's daughter (her words) recognized that it was not my pliers, but they did not solve my problem. I was also not told that I would have to keep the packaging for verification of a possible mistake. Zero professionalism! I do not recommend!

Terrible service, the lady who attended me tried to deceive me by saying that they had opened the packaging and sharpened a pair of pliers that the factory states in the packaging was already sharpened. The packaging was completely sealed, making it impossible to remove the pliers from the packaging without breaking the seal. She thought she was deceiving me just to charge R$ 7.00 for the sharpening that the factory mentions as already done. They got dirty for very little. I only bought because I needed it, but I find this type of "little scam" to squeeze a few extra coins from the customer very unpleasant. This mentality of deceiving the customer is outdated, I do not recommend and will not return.
